Pricing and EU/Global delivery

UK customers will have UK VAT included at check out (inc VAT).

Due to new UK trading rules - EU and Global customers will not have to pay UK VAT at check out. We ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis - which means the recipient will be liable for local destination country VAT and if applicable local customs duty - the courier will be in touch (via email or text) to arrange payment before delivery. The courier may charge a small clearance admin fee. These costs are outside of Romance Cycling ltd’s control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy
Please take care when selecting your size, refer to the size chart and if you have any questions please drop us a line and we will aim to advise. 

We want you to love your Romance kit. But if for whatever reason your item does not fit or you find a fault with the item then we will aim to offer an exchange. If we do not have your preferred size or the item in stock we will offer a refund. 

All items returned must be “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and must be complete with all original packaging. Any returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us via email  Hello@RMNC.CC to discuss any return and we can advice on the process and issue a return reference number.
